Kenneth Lambe
Kenneth Lambe of Ardmore Park, Bray, Co. Wicklow and late of Sligo died on January 11th 2015, peacefully, at St. Vincent's University Hospital, surrounded by his family and will be sadly missed by his loving wife Dympna, sons Ken, Raymond and Brendan, daughter Florence, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, sisters Maura, Loretto, Florrie, Pauline and Emily, extended family and friends.

Removal on Tuesday evening to the Church of The Most Holy Redeemer, Main Street, Bray, arriving at 6pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning at 10am, followed by interment in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only, please.

All in Bray Emmets GAA Club would like to express are deepest sympathies to the Lambe family on this sad occasion.

Strictly Bray Emmets
It's on!  Strictly Bray Emmets Launch night January 14th, The Martello, Bray. 7.30pm. The dance couples will be announced and it's your only chance to buy tickets! All support welcome.

BEFIT is back!
New BEFIT 10 week term starts on Tuesday 13th January at 7.30pm. Members and non members all welcome. Good fun for all levels of fitness and a great way to meet other club members.

Bray Emmets Foundation Course starting on Monday 13th January. First night is Child Protection Workshop and is open to coaches that have previously completed the foundation course but not Child Protection, Mon 20th and 27th January is Theory and Practical Foundation Course.

Places are limited on both courses - so coaches please email Willie Braine at or text him on 086 026 6506.

The "Planning success for your Team" Workshop on this Tuesday from 8 to 9 in Bray meeting room.

Workshop covers::

  • The importance of planning
  • How to Plan
  • Informed Planning – periodisation and LPAD & skills testing, 4 periods of planning
  • What a planned session should look like

Membership now due - please pay online if possible
Bray Emmets membership runs from 1st January to 31st December. Subscriptions for all members are now due.  All players, coaches mentors and committee members must pay their membership to ensure they are insured whilst carrying out their roles within the club. Closing date for registration of all playing members (male and female) coaches and mentors is Monday 2nd March 2015.

To register members should log on to the Clubs website and click into membership 2015 on the main Home page.

The rates for all subscriptions  have been increased this year by E5.00. However membership for full time students over 18 within a family is now E90.00.

* Family Subscriptions which covers NON Playing Adults and Juvenile players are capped at €240.00 regardless of the number of Juveniles (up to the age of 18) players in the household.

* For parents who registered their children in the Academy between September and December Membership payment is now due.

Payment can be made on line(cash/cheque is acceptable) Please put cash/cheque payment in an envelope with the Name contact number and email address clearly written on the sealed envelope for the attention of the Club Registrar. They can be dropped into the shop on Saturday Mornings.

Subscriptions alone do not cover the cost of running our club. We rely on Members, Sponsors, and Supporters, engaging in fundraising to make up the difference.

  • Affiliation Fees to National Governing Bodies
  • Competition Entry Fees
