Feile Na GaelDublin is hosting the national finals of Féile na nGael for the first time since 1982 on Thursday 5th, Friday 6th and Saturday 7th July. Bray Emmets will have a camogie team participating and are hosting teams from Fermanagh, St Kevins, Louth and Naomh Fionnbarra, Dublin. Plans are at an advanced stage for the event and we are appealing for members to help with the event and invite you to come and support our team. The outline of the weekend is as follows:

Thursday 5th July: Reception in Emmet Park for Fermanagh, followed by Bray Emmets V Fermanagh.   All teams depart at 4.45pm for Féile Parade which leaves Croke Park at 7.15pm to march to O' Connell St.

Friday 6th July: Eight matches are scheduled at Emmet Park for 10.00, 11.00, 12.30, 1.30pm. 7 with the semi-finals to be played in Galtymore Road or Erins Isle at 7pm. The Club will host an evening of entertainment for our guests, including a Barbeque.

Saturday 7th July: All finals to be played in Parnell Park and Croke Park.

This should be a great weekend but cannot happen without the goodwill of our club members. We are conscious that these are working days for many so if anyone can spare a few hours it would be much appreciated. Please contact Paul Sweeney or Seamus Phelan if you are available to help with food preparation, cakes, sandwiches etc, serving food and stewarding in Emmet Park.
