U14 Girls Football

9 April, 2015

Emmet Bhré  3-9, Éire Óg Greystones  2-4.

The Under 14 girls Football team were out against near neighbours Éire Óg, Thursday 9th  April. The team settled quickly with Shauna Ryan and Caoimhe Hardiman finding their target early. Emily Deveney, Róisín Murphy and Laura McGarry worked invaluably in the engine-room allowing Bray the briefest of halftime leads.

In the second-half, Alannah Henry and Sasha Ní Laoghaire were worthy of particular mention. Up front, the heavy artillery were rolling out their fire-power. Sophie Blennerhasset a player apart, and a fantastic Alice O’Doherty goal were among the spectator delights, while intelligent link play involved  Orla O’Keeffe and Emma Doyle.  Ar an líne, bhí Brian O’Keeffe an-sásta leis an gcluiche.
