Round Towers

He added a further goal and a point in the first half leaving the half time score, Bray Emmets 2-2, Round Towers 0-4.

Bray were playing well but constant pressure and great effort were required if they were to secure a win. All players rose to the challenge putting in a fine display of both skilful and hard hurling. Padraig Doyle was outstanding at full back and ably assisted by other defenders such as Jack Fitzgerald, Conor O'Doherty and Dylan Terry. Conor McNally in goals had his usual reliable performance. Michael Boland, Patrick Michel and Gavin Dowling had the best of the exchanges at mid-field. Michael produced some great scores from both play and frees and notched up a total of 3-2. Other scorers were Thomas Foley and Conor Prendergast who each got a point.

The work rate from all players paid dividends at the end with Bray Emmets winning by 5-5 to 2-5. Well done
