U14 Hurling

2 April, 2016

Bray Emmets 9-13.  Clontarf 0-0

The U-14 hurlers continued their Dublin League campaign on Saturday April 2 with a committed and skilful display to beat a very sporting Clontarf B side in Old Conna. Both sides were forced to play with the minimum. Despite this Bray established an early dominance that they maintained throughout. Sam and Peter took charge of the midfield from the start and kept a continuous supply of ball into the forwards Riain and Daniel. Brian and Cian in the half forward line worked tirelessly intercepting puck-outs and adding to the scoreline. The defence consisting of Eoin, Zack, Aaron and Adam dealt comfortably with any attacking play from the visitors giving keeper Luan a quiet game. With no substitute to bring in, some of the players were rotated at half-time. However they all managed to keep up the intensity and went on to win comfortably. Final score Bray Emmets 9-13 Clontarf B 0-0.
