As part of the Nationwide initiative by the GAA to increase GAA activity in the larger towns, Garrett Doyle, Wicklow GDA ,is organising the new GAA Recreational Game, Peil Abu. Peil Abu is non-contact form of Gaelic Football. It is open to men and women aged 16 years +. Teams can be mixed between men and women. It is a great way to stay fit and healthy as it is a very active game. If in possession of the ball and an opponent removes your tag you have to transfer the ball over. This results in lots of movement, turnovers and excitement. There are games every Thursday night in July from 7pm until 8.00pm on the Bray Emmets 3G pitch on Old Connaught Avenue. All are welcome to attend. Please come along and give it a try. It is open to everyone, club and non club members. If interested please contact Garrett Doyle on 083 435 7460, email at firstname.lastname@example.org or on facebook page 'Bray Urban GAA Project'.
