Busy weekend in Old Conna.

We had a busy schedule on our all-weather pitch over last weekend, 12,13,14th Nov. On Fri 12th , we hosted the inter-district under 21 games, East V North, a narrow win for the East, and the West V South , a win for the South. Both games were of good quality with the West V South a real championship game. A good advertisement for an U 21 competition?.
On Sat and Sun we hosted a Leinster U 16 hurling tournament between 4pm and 7.30pm. Teams taking part on Sat, (Group A) Kiltealy beat Maynooth, Whitehall beat Carlow Dev Sq and Cuala beat a young Wicklow Dev Sq. On Sunday it was (group B) Kilmacud V Gorey, Ballyboden V Raparees and Colomba V StJudes. These game will continue for the next three weekends with the final on Sunday 5th Dec at 6.15pm.
