Summer Ceili and BBQ

The Summer Ceili and BBQ was a great success, with a
good turnout and a very enjoyable night was had by all. Based on
feedback from the attendees this can become an annual social
event.
We have had some interest from the Riverdance Troupe for transfer
proposals for some of the dancers who performed on the night. There
is clearly some latent dancing talent, some real talent and some
very good tryers in the club!!!
A special thank you to all the many people who helped with the
event. This included ticket sellers, and all volunteers who
prepared the clubhouse and tidied-up afterwards. Thanks to
the Holy Redeemer parish who provided chairs and tables
(again), Creation Caterers who provided a very good meal, the
Comhaltas Band who got lots of feet tapping (and thumping) and to
our two dance instructors who brought some order to the dance.
