On Sat 4th June we played An Tochar in Old Connaught and had a one point victory, 1.10 to 12pts. This was a close game all through and could have gone to either team. An Tochar led 9pts to 7pts at half time having played with the wind. Some of the point scoring for both sides was of a very high standard. Ten minutes into the second half, Niall Mc Graynor made a return to football after a year out through injury. A goal 15 minutes into the second half by Enda Molloy put Bray in front by a point. They increased that lead to three but An Tochar fought back with two points and had opportunities for an equaliser but the Bray defence held out. All the team played well and it would be unfair to single out any players.
