Junior B V St.Pats

21 April, 2011

Our Division 4 football team played their second league game away to St. Pats on Thursday the 21st April.

On a perfect evening for football, Bray controlled the first half against an under strength St. Pats team, and Bray held a considerable lead at half time, with some fine scores from Sean Liddy,  John Walsh, Eoin Mahon and Gavin Cahill.

In the second half our performance was not as effective as the first half, with the exception of an excellent save from our inform Goal keeper Keith Heillick. Bray ran out comfortable winners in the end.

The team lined out as follows, Keith Hellick, Enda Molloy, Conor Spillane, Mark Mulvaney, Noel Keane, Geoff Morrissey, Gavin Cahill (0-2), Eoin Mahon (0-3) Alan Wallace (0-1), Shane O' Sullivan 0-1), Sean Liddy ( 2-3) , James Talbot (1-1)

John O'Leary (0-1 ) John Walsh (2-3) , Mal Doyle and Stephen Ebbs

Our next game is at home to Laragh on the 28th at 7.15 and all support is welcome.

Training every Tuesday evening for the Junior panel at 7.00pm in Old Conna, and is open to any new players who are interested in playing football for the Summer.
