Junior hurlers V Barndarrig

18 May, 2011

Emmet Bhré  0 - 15
Barndarrig     2 - 6
The Junior hurlers were playing Barndarrig Wednesday last. A hard fought win was punctuated with bright spells. Paddy Lee scored a brace of fine points which sustained Bray Emmets until the end. Willy Nolan too was a pivotal midfield cog throughout. In the second-half, Barndarrig took the lead scoring 2 fine goals, putting extra pressure on the ever-alert Billy Brazil and the very solid debutant Goal-keeper Luke O'Reilly. Hard graft at midfield by Elliot Douglas and Michael Walsh pulled Emmet Bhré through the final 10 minutes.
Beidh muid ag imirt in aghaidh Abhainn Dála (Avondale), as baile, sa chéad chluiche eile Dé Céadaoin 7.15pm.
