Bray Emmet's G.A.A. Academy caters for children (boys and girls) from Junior Infants up until the age of 8 years. The academy develops children in team sports as well as the development of their motor, co-ordination and agility skills. Children partake in both Gaelic Football and Hurling. There is also a fun and games part to the coaching. Coaching is provided by experienced coaches attached to the club. The club has in place a code of conduct and a charter for the welfare of children. The academy has been developed over a number of years with children going on to play for the underage teams and on to adult teams. The club is one of the oldest clubs the country. We will now be enrolling for the New Season on each Saturday in September from 10am at our club grounds off Old Connaught Avenue .
-
It is open to all children from junior infants up to 8 years of age so if you are looking for an outlet for your child where they can become part of a team please come along.
All coaching is done on a completely voluntary basis and we always welcome parents interested in getting involved. Training will be provided by the club for interested parents.

Christmas Party for the Academy
The Academy held its Christmas Party on Saturday last. It was a fitting end to a great year. Dublin Footballer Mark Vaughan was on hand assisted by Wicklow and Bray Emmets Stars Robbie Ryan and Ed Keating to present all the
children with their medals. A number of the trophies that the club has won this year were on display for all to see. It was also great to be able to hold the party in our own clubhouse. Special word of thanks to Jacinta Pritchard for doing the face painting. The Academy wishes Vincent Duffy and his team best wishes as they now enter the world of underage football and hurling.
We resume training at both Loughlinstown for children born in 2001 at 11am and Old Conna for children born in 1999 and 2000 at 10am on the 13th January. We will also be taking newcomers for the month of January so new members are most welcome. We also wish all the players' parent's coaches and friends best wishes for Christmas and the New Year.
